# The Interface

The Top Navigation Bar gives you access to every part of the system.

&#x20;It is organized into three sections:

<summary><strong>1. Main Menu</strong></summary>

The central tabs let you manage your data. All pages function as lists with filters to find exactly what you need.

* **Accounts** — A list of all your clients. Filter by type or status.
* **Events** — A list of all photoshoots. Toggle between List View and Calendar View, and filter by date, status, or location.
* **Tasks** — A list of all studio work. Filter by due date, assignee, or status to see what needs attention.
* **Contacts** — A searchable directory of all key individuals associated with your accounts.
* **Scheduling** — The master staff calendar. Shows the weekly schedule for all photographers to help you manage availability.
* **Setup** — Admin controls for Employees, Templates, Forms, and System Settings.

<summary><strong>2. The Dashboard</strong></summary>

Click the ScheduleLink logo in the top-left corner to return to your Dashboard. It shows your upcoming Events, active Tasks, and a studio-wide Summary so you know what needs attention today.

<summary><strong>3. Utilities</strong></summary>

On the right side of the bar:

* **Universal Search** — Find any Account, Event, Contact, or Task by name without leaving your current page.
* **Notification Center** — Real-time alerts when you are assigned a task, mentioned in a note, or when an event is scheduled for you.
